Woodlea is situated at Nealhouse, midway between the historic city of Carlisle and the quiet market town of Wigton, just off the A595.It is within easy reach of Keswick and the Northern Lakes, Gretna Green and the Scottish Borders, the Solway coast and the Roman Wall.We are also ideally placed for an overnight stay between England and Scotland.The newly refurbished, twin and double bedrooms enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and Lakeland Fells, within a peaceful and tranquil rural setting. The private bathroom offers both bath and shower facilities with clean soft towels and robes.The guest rooms are spacious, light and bright, with their own seating area, ample storage, T.V. and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a non-smoking policy throughout and we do not take pets. WIFI is available for guests who may require it.Breakfast is served at a time of your choice, and we offer a full and traditional English breakfast, or simply cereal, yoghurt, fruit and toast, whichever you prefer. We also cater for all tastes and requirements and can provide any breakfast given prior notice (the previous night). Directions

Five miles west of Carlisle, just off the A595. From the North and the East use the Carlisle Western Bypass follow A689 signed for Workington.From the South leave M6 at Junction 42 and follow signs for Dalston and then Wigton. From the West and Lake District follow A595 until Thursby Roundabout.
